Board of Trustees
A trust is a form of legal entity which is primarily used for asset protection and tax planning. The boards of trustees supervise the activity of a trust or non-profit organization, the board of trustees can also elect another individual to manage the organisations operations. The board of trustees must exercise loyalty, act in the interest of the trust, be impartial when dividing assets to the beneficiaries and carry out the terms stipulated in the trust deed.
