An annual report is a company report which is submitted annually. An Annual report is a comprehensive over view which details the company’s activities throughout the previous year. An annual report is paramount for all publicly listed companies. The annual report will typically include the company’s financial status and balance sheet. It can also include CEO’s report, auditors report, mission statements and cash flow statement. An annual report is generally for the attention of the companies’ shareholders and any other persons with an interest in the company.
