Partnership
A Partnership involves two or more parties that agree to function and do business together within the same organization. The partners within a Partnership are often equally liable for the companies debts, while other partners known as ‘limited partners’ will invest and be liable for their investment only, but won’t be involved first hand with the day to day running of the company.
