An Offshore Financial Centre or OFC is a jurisdiction that boasts low or zero taxation, and specialises in the providing of commercial and corporate services to offshore companies, and foreign investors. What usually determines an Offshore Financial Centre, is the ability to attract international business through the registering of offshore companies, offshore partnerships, offshore trusts, and private foundations.
