Offshore Company

An Offshore Company is a company that has been incorporated in a foreign jurisdiction as to where it carries out its primary operations. Offshore Companies don’t have to necessarily be registered in an offshore financial centre as they can be registered in any country outside of the registrants country of residence. An Offshore Company may be referred to as non-resident company in certain jurisdictions.
