Arbitration
Arbitration is a process conducted when trying to reslove a dispute, this process is often used with company disputes. An Arbitrator is appointed to the case, who takes into account the reasoning from both parties in order to reach a conclusion. The decision concluded through the Arbitration becomes a legally binding verdict. If ever the Arbitrator cannot reach a decision, he has the choice of appointing an umpire.
