Registering a UK offshore company

All UK private limited companies are regulated under Common Law. According to British law, a UK Private Limited Company has restrictions on trade as it is not allowed to conduct business activity with specified groups including banking, insurance, financial services, consumer credit and related services.

A business entity incorporated within the United Kingdom has the same powers as a natural person. All companies are required to maintain a registered office within the UK, with all legal documents being stored here. The documentation must be in either English, with special consideration for companies incorporated in Wales – with documents being submitted in Welsh.
